Cemetery Cleanup

Regular cemetery clean-ups in Worthington have ended for the summer; many stones were cleaned and straightened in the oldest section of North Cemetery. Thanks to all of the volunteers, especially Bob Randall and Frank Feakes. But there is one big, very important event scheduled for Center Cemetery on the weekend of September 26-27, from 9-4, and that is a stone straightening marathon. Please join the cemetery conservation group for any amount of time that weekend and more stones will be righted. Bring gloves and shovels. For information, call Pat Kennedy at 238-5560

Membership Appeal

The annual membership appeal letters have been mailed out to everyone who has a postal address in Worthington. We were hoping to have a PayPal link set up and running in time to allow people to renew online; however, PayPal authorization is still pending at this time. We look forward to adding this convenience soon.
